Thank you for that report. I will have a close look at it over the next few days. Considering their latest purchase (17December 2014) stated "16 centres for $45 million. Premium centres in metropolitan areas", I find it hard to reconcile some of the percentages in the report. Did the report address the possible effect of subsidised nannies or the activity test on occupancy?
Nothing will happen too quickly, it will take quite some time to roll out some of the proposed changes.
