Islam, GEM are doing an outstanding job growing the group organically through increased occupancy. There's huge daylight between them and any other child player, for profit or not-for-profit, and in a better position than anyone else to respond to whatever demographic changes may occur in the coming years. The current chronic shortage of child care places is not going to change in the foreseeable future.
At these prices GEM is extremely good value. It's no sin to just admit this and give the guys some credit.
