Guys.
I am aware the title of this thread is valuation.
However on the subject of a nanny I don't think it will be a solution for many families.
For these reasons:
An unsupervised person alone with their children.
Being an employer is a pain
Having to have days off when nanny calls a sicky
Nanny will be working 5 12hr shifts back to back. Or will you have 2 nannies.
Children only having their siblings to interact with.
The structures and activities in centres are actually quite good.
Just my thoughts
