So,
All said and done after the assumption of options exercised and this new dilution we have:
Ordinary shares being traded: 139,007,699
Options exercisable at 20 cents: 27,690,576
Grand total = 166, 698, 275 shares on issue
at 60 cents per share that is a Market Cap of: $100,018,965
Now you can choose to subtract the 10 million in cash they just raised, or be conservative and leave it there as they are just spending it anyway (hopefully they will spend it in a fashion which will add value to our hard earned investment capital)!
Leap of faith or what?
So anyway, can the company currently justify a market cap of 100 million?
