Again there are many ways a company like UOS which is undervalued can reach its valuation.
1) buy back shares more aggressively
2) offer a sale facility to enable holders of unmarketable parcels of securities valued less than A$500 without incurring brokerage or handling costs
3) company should elect to commence a strategic review process to unlock the true value of this company.
4) capital reductions
5) increase dividends
6) dual listing in Malaysia
7) engage more institutional investors
management also needs to know shareholders views about being undervalued, after all its is a public listed company
