Regarding the $78 mil in current assets, refer to page 72 of the 2013 report for UOS where it outlines the financial position of the Parent Company. From what I can see, from the $911 mil of CA's on UOS's balance sheet, only $500mil-ish is attributable to it's holdings in DevCo and the REIT which is waaaay larger than that figure.
@peterpan - I believe the cash at the parent level is far in excess of the $78 mil I mentioned above. It was just making an example about how big the discrepancy was.
