Unless there is a clear timeline for distribution, then the value of CSE will remain hypothetical and the discount to NTA of SYR a constant mirage.

CSE trades at a massive discount to its NTA because of its lack of liquidity, and the fact of uncertainty surrounding timing of distribution - if any at all !!
What is stopping CSE one day waking up and wanting to sell SYR and reinvest the net proceeds into something else or remain a cash box etc...
There is a reason for the valuation disconnect which can be rectified with a simple timetable and some certainty.
