This is a pretty intriguing company. Structure is highly unfashionable but hard to argue with the returns they have built over time. I also think its part of the reason the company isn't particularly well known. I am struggling to find the best way to actually value it though. Exposure to Brickworks, TPG, API etc. means that its a little hard to judge the companies prospects due to its exposure to such diversified industries. I suppose WHSPs main selling point is its great record and investment expertise. You effectively just buy into that and trust their judgment.
