My apologies timbowls , after it loaded i saw the curt style of my response....mere obfuscation in my opinion. i would like to know why there haven't been other offers,apart from an elusive bid that was higher but p.h. thought was not value.
which probably means now, after we see how peter hall has conducted his ethical management style,that there maybe some and we have to wait near the scullery..
