Valuation

I thought I would start a new thread to talk about the valuation.

At the current Market Cap, about one third is represented by cash.

The most recent Canaccord report (24th Oct 2016) values the company at 1.47. they also say that the risk profile is reducing with every quarter. Interestingly the valuation they produce for 2017FY only shows 58 cents. This kind of lines up with other posts I have made saying that it's like the current price is only factoring in single digit growth for 2018FY.

Canaccord also mentions in their report that they think reorders should be boosted with the deployment of the 17,500 floor stands last quarter.

There are lots of things to like about YOW, and I'm astonished that the share price is so low, but I'm holding on. If this was a speculative stock with no revenue, I would have been out earlier but this company is growing revenue so it gets less and less speculative as that continues.
