All i was trying to achieve was some rational discussion about the future???? of this stocks prospect. I have held shares for a number of months and prior to last week only posted 1-2 comments about the stock.
PP's 76% initial holding is a fait accompli. You cannot change that.

Everyone would prefer that he held less of the stock ( which may well happen with further capital raisings) but given ARH's lack of cash to put on the table to acquire the deal, the ARH board did the best deal they could under the circumstances.

Do not forget how much ARH is paying for the total cost of extracting the initial 1 billion tonnes versus CITIC.
I only hold 450,000 shares.
I will now retreat in to my shell.
