this stock is a buy under $73/$74 .00 ..all so called bad news is rubbish ,If so bad why is it holding up ,,,all talk of housing crises is off too ,remember if you do not have 20% deposit ,bank makes you have mortgage insurance , so they do not miss out which is probably all investors and if you do not pay this insurance you have 20% deposit so bank can not see it tanking 20% ..if it did there would be a lot of people under water ...
