Hi kura,

capex to get gas out is very low. PSA's costs are $0.50US per mcf - and they use offshore rig. GDN is onshore.

Gas production costs are very low - Gas doesn't need refining, it just goes into the pipe.

Ronsteib used the Natural Gas price in Australia - I think by mistake.

So, I stick by what I said about ronsteib's valuation at the top of this thread being incorrect. This gas would produce at $9AUD instead of his $3AUD per mcf.

($10AUD sale costs - $1AUD extraction costs)
