What is you valuation of Ramsay?
My market implied growth (at $53 sp)
Assuming 10% annual return - 7.09% (in perpetuity)
Assuming 12% annual return - 9.04% (in perpetuity)
Currently the forecast is for 'core' eps growth of 2%. Add the Capio bid that Ramsay just offered 20% over a price that was going to be accretive in 2-3 years.
So why the difference?
Ageing population thematic. Can this reliably be converted to higher profits (of a reasonable amount & in a time period to justify the price)
Are the operational efficiencies going to come back & drive growth?
How much is historical quality worth?
