That's exactly how I see it.
Shock horror, the company can always default the payment and dump the project (they have Chuscal with Anglo now). Also, don't discount renegotiating the terms with RMB as it's not in their interest to look for a new project owner, they probably wont get anywhere near as much for it. Regardless, drill Chuscal and uncover what many think is there and $3m becomes petty cash.
