look back at the SBM chart -- no rights issue just a placement at .60 -- went from around .70 to .50--.45
queried why this was so on another forum , some of the replies -- (mainly instos) selling from a lower buy level to replace at placement level --- agreed fair value (.60) between instro/brokers/SBM --- list went on and on in a similar vein.
Although though this did not happen to SUN.
suppose it's all academic at this point --- the BIG boys will let know by the close of trade Tues.--- we are only the pawns
