INL bought into JRV because JRV had the refractory ore and INL had a treatment. Now THAT's simple.
So JRV baulked - fair enough; INL backed off. Made a bit, but that wasn't the original plan.
If they were playing the market, they would be in other companies (apart from their baby BSM).
