well bug#@%er me... 80 % occupancy is not enough or it sank after they gave that figure out. I nearly topped up when it dipped below 20c thinking it was caught up in a general market down turn. Once again small time shareholders get screwed as those with connections bail out on info that we are not privy too. Does anyone know if they own or lease these centres ? 33 c return would sound great to me. Long, long term hold now
