they have 40 plus( or is it 50 plus) centres with a good deal of them on the North shore of sydney.Now if they own these they could sell them off and lease back the buildings to raise capital....but if they are already leasing them well forget that. I'm confident that the board will have a very hands on look at all centres.many child care centres have some great people in them who adore kids but have no idea how to make it $$$ viable. You can make money out of health and education (child care) but you have to keep atight rein on expenditure. Your staff will spend anything "for the kids". This next 6 mths will tell me if they are swimming or sinking-DEc ,Jan, being critical as a new wave of enrolments sign up and start for the year.
