Leaving aside the fact that quarter-on-quarter numbers are going to fluctuate and should not be expected to always steadily increase (better to look at rolling 6 or 12 months of orders); you're off by about 1000 in each quarter.
Ex-china it's 3,085 in Q2 and 4,839 in Q3. That's a 57% increase.
