I’ve been watching this one for a while, and am getting more interested as the price drops
HOWEVER, the large red flag for me is the management team: I don’t feel like I can trust them. As I buy & hold guy, if I give them my money I am making a judgment that I can trust them to make shareholder-friendly decisions. Another holding of mine (URW) recently had a shareholder revolt which has resulted in a lot of spillage and new board members having actual skin in the game
Other main concern is Nestle. They think super long-term, have very experienced management and can almost buy 2 A2M’s per year (at current price) with their FCF. What stops them eating A2M’s market?
That said, still interested in this one
