Yes, innovation is a good way to identify new companies to watch.

About this, I have looked at a lot of fintech.
So far, it has been a frustrating process, as I have difficulties to find companies I'd like to buy.
Totally given up to try to understand the BNPL sector and its valuation.
Only segment that I find interesting : ETFPOS operators (Tyro and Smartpay), but I struggle to make a strong case on both of them for different reasons.

In another sector, one company which may interest you is People Infrastructure (PPE) in the staffing sector. They have a significant growth, both organic and via acquisitions (done at low prices). Once again is a company with a strong link to the tech sector (and the healthcare sector). It is making good margin, requires a limited capex and still have an interesting free cash flow yield.

Anyway, I like the market so far this year, as it is good for stock picking.
Main risk I see : potential increase of long term rates (as we have seen it during the first part of January).
