Not sure if you ever had a look at Infratil (NZ company, specialised in infrastructure).
I don't have in mind another company (in this area) which have a similar track record, which explains the performance of the stock since inception (+ 18.8 % per year).
Don't know if it's good value now, but I keep an eye on it.
