@SouthernLad Hi, Regarding Alliance Aviation, I am back to the same question : chance to get some quick return thanks to wet lease of the new fleet ? I realise that I don't understand well how this kind of contract is working. I have been doing some research and asked questions to the company, but it did not get me very far. It is why I disturb you with my question.
If I am not wrong, Qantas has now signed a wet lease agreement for 8 aircrafts. What I am not sure is how these contracts are working. My understanding : AQZ receives a revenue from wet lease only if these aircrafts are flying. Is that correct ? So, it also probably means that the utilization depends a lot on the level of domestic travel, as Qantas uses first its own planes.
