    wasn't a fan of Business model for Alloggio they didn't own properties just rights for rental so no underlying assets as such whoever bought it thinks they can take it private and sell it later again when market is hot by playing around with numbers and probably punting that demand will be strong post covid for few more years to come
    I am still active in market there are still shares like IPG, LGI, TLX, S32, EVN doing well in market which I own. Lithium still has way to go (IMHO) and personally feel property market has way more to go (down side) before I will look at it may be in Dec or early next year it hasn't even started (interest rates hasn't started distressed Sales yet) most people still on low fixed rates so still way to go let cashed up people jump 1st I will come in later if I miss it being late so be it. I don't think it has come down enough considering how much rate has gone up my 2 cents time will tell
