    Regarding Nick Scali, the only consensus estimate I could find was for a NPAT 23 of around $100 m.
    So the published result was in line with this figure.
    This corresponds to a decrease of 12 % for NPAT H2 23 vs H2 22.
    Honestly, I thought that it was a rather optimistic forecast, given the expected decrease of sales and margin.
