@leasx I was reading our comments after the last quarterly results of News Corp. All the elements were already there, but the market did not react. The only real new element now is that they are going to implement the share buyback (they announced it at at the quarterly results, but did not give details at that time).
Really the kind of story I like now : mid-large cap (less risky than small-micro caps), large discount to sum of the parts and clear policy to address the discount to the sum of the parts. Would be disappointed if the stock does not reach a new year high soon (if the market does not correct). Next week, strategy day focused on Foxtel should be interesting.
