28,800 would be less than our existing production whilst NIC has said ANI will more than double production.
Nameplate production is set to go from 24,000 to 52,800 tpa (with additional production on top of nameplate for HNI/RNI and ANI. I think what you're referring to would be if there was no production over nameplate at ANI.
HNI (nameplate): 2RKEF at 15k nameplate (80%) = 12k attributable nameplate
RNI (nameplate): 2RKEF at 15k nameplate (80%) = 12k attributable nameplate
ANI: 4RKEF at 36% nameplate (80%) = 28.8k attributable nameplate [more than doubling]
So I assume there will be over nameplate production for ANI so attributable back to circa 36ktpa. If I change it per your suggestion FV drops to $2.22.
