I am not sure how it’s worded but since day of the delisting after the overrun. My understanding is in order for the financial backers to invest/Lend more they wanted guarantees in place, Hence they had to change plant design ect. If you go back to may 2020 announcements there is more on this there, I have discussed this with them as well and they always say well that’s why we have those guarantees in place with all contractors and processes, The Germans in the desert getting the plant going is the true key as they have this design already operational (With obvious plant differences)
