It caught my eye immediately after it came up ARN early this PM. After the WMI "Substantial" Topping Up on 16 Sept. (6.54% to 7.86%). My thinking was there look at the books was sufficiently positive to take their position who was I to disagree. Therefore SOV became a bright blip on my radar screen; the news, plus the cloud space, plus a risky bit of bottom-fishing, compelled me to pull the trigger
