tbh they are bleeding $8m a year in leasing costs and staffing costs are increasing.

Also being a VMware partner I would be interested to find out where their costs appear in the P&L. I know from first hand experience how expensive VMware Licencing is and for these guys to be a VMware cloud provider they are using all the top expensive features. As a rule of thumb the licencing costs are $11 per GB of memory provisioned. You can find VMware Cloud Provider Pricing floating around the internet.

To put it into context if they sold 20TB of memory the running Licencing costs would be $220k a month
