No, the Cost of Equity is 6.24%, working off S&P Global's Equity Risk Premium number of 4.6%.

OK, but the Risk-Free Rate jumps somehow from 2.2% to 2.16% in the middle of the Discount rate calculation. Not sure what's going on there.
