price might have to do with the option play. but... help me here someone... i dont understand the etrade market cap . 100m shares at 20cents in $20m. (not 10m) with 6 mil in bank.
add 50 mil option conversion. u have 150m shares so the price could go to 13 cents to maintain the same market cap albeit the company will have 16mil in bank so that might keep the sp around 20.
it could go either way come those appendix 3Bs or whatever theyre called
