With 2.887 billion shares, the EPS will be 10.39 cps. Applying a 7.69 capitalization rate ( based on FMG ) a share price of 80 cents per share is deduced.
Starting with 30 cps Market price, you get a cumulative 11.5 % growth over 7 years to when it hits 80 cps.
This would exceed growth in capital city real estate.
