Valuation Price is what they consider 'fair value' for the stock. Often however stocks trade at above 'fair value' as it is perceived that you would pay a premium in order to receive the good expected earnings.

Target price is the price they expect it will be in a given time from - usually it's 12 months.

The breakout at $2.79 has only just made it. I'm not convinced this stock is out of it's downtrend just yet.

Mainly watching this for a friend of mine. Told him it was probably best to let it go but that was just before the announcement of increase in gold reserves etc. As someone else pointed out though, the trend is your friend and in this case the overall trend is down.

Certainly I wouldn't be putting new money into this stock just yet, but if there's a few more positive days then I'd consider changing my view.
