It could be a multitude of the things you mention and some of them aren't what we would expect. Then again who's to say that someone in the know isn't selling out with the knowledge that BMN is a dud. Only the months ahead will tell all and then we can strike off some of the items you list and hopefully get a reasonable value of the sp.
