I thought i heard the US President say something about a U3O8 bank that distributed uranium to all countries for base load PWR . As all economies would need affordable energy in development. It would be in the interest of all that uranium from decommissioned nukes was flowed onto the market so as not to disrupt or destroy long term business or disrupt supply long term . I would hope after the GFC and its possible impacts that these things would be considered .
