if you wish to sell an asset, the market views that as being weak, and prices you down?

whats really odd is that the efs and the austin chalks are producing for texon, so the depth of the oilfield is quite large. the efs is not just a shale play, it also encompasses the chalks above.

the olmos, well its producing.. so is it a new reservoir?
does it add value?
