Hi all,
A surprising timing of the Dec 2010 Quarterly...Friday after closing of the market! May be to digest it in the weekend?
Nevertheless the surprising numbers in the first two pages giving valuations for Ferrowest around 1,00 to 1,20 A$ a share depending on the way of determing the valuation.
For those who have some time and like to crack numbers, the Price Waterhouse Coopers report (see 'GIR' ASX ann. 20 jan 2011, Pdf-pages 92,94 and 140) on the Giralia take-over offer is quite extensive and clear:
Ferrowest is severely undervalued !! Although this is nothing new for most of us.
But it's nice to see FWL be mentioned in such an extensive report made by a reputable company like PWC (for free??).
I do hope that some investors will wake up this weekend and that FWL will be put in the spotlight coming weeks.
Especially with the ongoing talks going on regarding an offtake agreement and/or strategic investment or so to be concluded soon (as the announcement indicates).
I don't mind the same sp-scenario as in mid-2007...
