i think i agree with earlier post that this wont make much difference now but it is a clear signal to what level the price should be heading once a deal is done that can provide proper funding. other examples of under valued stocks all have thier reasons. fwl is lack of money to make it happen and at least that can be fixed. be interesting if one of these parties decides to short circuit the negotiation process and simply have a go. tough nut to crack though with this sort of valuation, maybe putting that out there is designed to prevent that from happening.
