Ihave been speaking to my broker who was relaying some underlying info he had received over the weekend where his source was saying that the asset write downs for most of the Aspen Group where a bit too robust - this is true as at a point some 4 months ago I saw a chart showing REIT's and APZ was number 2 in the amount of impairment lodged against their asset's
So moving forward we should see re-valuations upward and increased dividends and I believe this is supported by the very strong support the head stock has received over the past month - ohh and we have seen the those who have been critical of the company leave APZ's HC threads
All good signs for the future
