    I read with interest the valuations that are being thrown aroundand i agree somewhere ariound the 4 dollar mark would be great .On that assumtion a script offer of 4 esg shares for 1 santos would suit. I think a script offer is the most likely scenario as Santos would struggle with a cash offer i feel. Your comments guys Regards Sam
