Is that $12.42 allowing for Peter's cut, less than or over 1yrs CGT?

I need about that too to kill mortgage and buy a new car. I warn you all though that I have terrible luck and this may ruin this for you all. If this were to turn out positive it would take a miracle. However, I would be willing to get out so as to improve your chances if, say, you were to give to me $10 a share for my holdings.
