Fascinating comment from your broker risktaker - $2.60 based on success of Leadville?

How bizaare - I mean firstly why would a broker ascribe a value based on a high risk wildcat find, lets be honest, chances are Leadville isn't commercial -and secondly - he obviously thinks it doesn't contain much gas.

I'd be intrigued to see his assumptions for Leadville - ie Chance of sucess, mean quantity, valuation per BCF..Have you got any of this info?
