Just quickly comparing EME and SCX on Bigrlyi ALONE..(.yes i know the limitations of this exercise...).Back of envelope stuff..please add to /correct if necessary.....

EME CAP OF $48 MILLION SCX Cap of $2.2 million

total $76 Million TOTAL $4.4 million

EME holds 53.3 % SCX holds 5 %

so on bigrlyi alone, the market is undervaluing scx by a bit under $3 million.As scx has a mac of only $4.4. million, then i need to investigate what else is in the 2 respective companies worth.
