Seems to me and others on this forum that follow CUS, that the Fintronics deal was dealt a blow when the old management decided they would remain in charge. Apparently, though, their coprporate governance was a little lacking and the CUS/FCPB mob have taken the higher moral ground to possibly give them a nudge out the door.
Basically boardroom battles are never good for the shareholders and only serve to deflect attention from the real game.
