Apologises - if there is an off take agreement in place for 60%.
However, one would usually try to align the completion of the processing facility with mining to prevent build of working capital (stockpiles).
Not much point mining it if you have nothing to do with it yet (not an efficient use of cash)
As for DSO - yes mine and ship - to generate cash. But S yet, doesn't seem to be much shipping happening
