    TFE might has as much as 1 bln shares, but the combined earnings will be around $300mln per year i believe.....

    at A PE of 10X: 300 * 10 = $3bln.... or $3 per share....

    Look like Michael Kiernan make sense when he said TFE will be capitalised as much as $2.5bln in recent comments by him........
