most people confuse south africa with west africa. yes ivory coast is doing some possible increase in taxes but we wait to see the outcome. gahanna, no one understands the taxes, they pull it out of their arsh and do calculations that don't make sense. Yes in my mind everyone will try to tax and tax and tax. but west africa, specifically burknio is ONE of the last frontier's.
The miners will make nice with the locals, and all will be fine. The scare in west africa doesn't seem to be impacting a) PIR, B) KGN c) fill in the blank.
There's more risk in the USA then in west africa my friends.
