Warren buffer Berkshire Hatherway does not pay dividends, yet its share price has risen to 550,000 USD per share and has a P/E ratio of 10.5.
Alphabet inc dies not pay dividends neither does apple, Biogen, Booking holdings ,Edwards life sciences ,Meta platform.
Yet these companies Market cap have risen to huge values.
I'm not saying SHE will rise to such large market cap of billions ,but Stonehorse energy does have a large rate of revenue growth and earnings growth over a longer period. Whilst its still a small company any investments and slow down of a individual wells will make its revenue growth Choppy raising from a technical point of view a greater perceived risk and hence lower P/E ratio.
As it accumulate more well's we should see it become less choppy with smoother growth.. Then the price of oil will play a larger part in its valuation.
David deloub has indicated the Certus well will carry on producing for 20 years.
